Flux Listen macOS AU End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence

Flux Cluster grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Flux Listen macOS Audio Unit on up to three authorised host computers while you have a valid Flux Listen entitlement, including the active trial.

2. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Flux Cluster and its licensors retain copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the software.

3. Restrictions

You must not distribute, sublicense, rent or sell the software; publish protected installer access; bypass entitlement or service controls; remove proprietary notices; or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Operation

Flux Listen sends live DAW audio to a private browser listening room. Flux Cluster does not claim that customer audio is recorded or retained. You are responsible for the authority to stream content and for your equipment, DAW, internet connection and recipients.

5. Trial expiry and termination

Trial entitlement ends after 14 days. Expiry does not uninstall or damage the software, but service access may be refused. A serious breach may end this licence after fair notice where appropriate, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Acceptance, updates and statutory rights

You accept this EULA using an unticked confirmation immediately before your first protected Flux Listen macOS AU download. Flux Cluster records the EULA version, acceptance time, account and download identity.

Updates may change compatibility or features. Nothing in this EULA excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
