What support covers
Reasonable help with Flux Account access, trial status, protected downloads and current Flux product installation or operation. Customer equipment, DAW configuration and broadband issues may need separate diagnosis and are not automatically Flux Cluster service failures.
Availability
Flux Cluster does not offer 24-hour staffing, a formal service level, guaranteed uptime or a promised response time.
Requests are reviewed by Flux Cluster and prioritised by impact.
