Your account
You must be at least 18 to register independently. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and contact us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account.
Do not share your sign-in credentials or attempt to access another person’s account or protected downloads.
Product access
An active, verified Flux Account allows eligible users to start a Flux Listen trial under the separate Trial Terms.
Creating an account does not automatically grant access to Flux Session. Session access is managed separately.
Flux Browser remains free for Windows and does not require an account.
Existing Founding Member, complimentary and other separately granted access rights remain governed by their agreed arrangements.
Payments
Creating a Flux Account and starting the current free trial do not require payment details, take payment or create a paid subscription.
Starting a trial does not authorise future charges. Any future purchase through the Control Centre would require your separate agreement to the price and applicable terms.
These statements do not change any separately agreed existing payment arrangement, protected price or Founding Member entitlement.
Acceptable use
You must not use Flux Cluster services to:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Distribute malware or interfere with service operation.
- Access accounts, private storage or downloads without authorisation.
- Bypass security, access, platform or download restrictions.
- Abuse registration or trial systems.
- Share protected installers beyond the permissions granted by their licence.
Security and suspension
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect an account or service, investigate suspected misuse or comply with the law.
Any action affecting Founding Member or complimentary access must respect the separate rights attached to that access.
Closing your account
To request account closure, email privacy@fluxcluster.co.uk. We will verify your identity and explain how your request will be handled.
Sending a request does not itself close your account. Do not rely on it as an immediate way to secure a compromised account; contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Account closure and requests to erase personal information are related but distinct. Our Privacy Notice explains the information we process and your rights.
Closing an account does not make you eligible for another Flux Listen trial.
Availability and your rights
We do not provide a formal uptime guarantee, service-level agreement or guaranteed support response time.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
